Orders will typically be processed within 3 - 5 business days after we your FULL payment is received and cleared and shipped within 3 – 6 business days there after. Your order could take 6 - 13 business days to reach your front door. Shipping time and cost vary depending on location, and product ordered. Sorry, no COD or Escrow. Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and all International locations pay actual freight.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
100% Money back guarantee for defective items. Defective items or missing parts must be reported within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Shipping damage must be reported within 15 days of delivery date. Returns and exchanges for any other reason will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Due to the size of our items, returns and exchanges for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for return shipment.
SALES TAX
We collect sales tax in the state of California. All shipments to CA are subject to California Sales Tax.
WARRANTY
All of our products carry a 1 year limited parts and service-call warranty on all items. We supply parts, and buyers are responsible for any labor involved in repairs. We will offer telephone service to assist in repairs.
